I thought I would take my kids to have their pictures taken... since the last time they were taken was about 18 months ago. Of course everyone knows that when you schedule a day to take pictures the week before something always happens.......

Jeremy bought these turkeys last summer.... and they started to be agressive towards Mason. So, on Friday night Jeremy decided to sell them and Saturday morning he sold them! He made a whopping $35!!!!

So, here is a farwell to some goofy turkeys!

THE LONG AWAITED TRIP TO THE TRAIN MUSEUM!!!

Jeremy has wanted to go to the train museum for a loooong time!

Well, it took him having to take a day off of work to go in! Jeremy had a fun time; but wanted to read more about the trains (his kids didn't like to sit and read)

DISNEY ON ICE

Addi and Brecklyn were so excited to go see The PRINCESS's on Ice!!

On the way down.... they could not stop talking and were so full of it!!

This is one of my favorite moments.... Addi was so worried that Snow White was going to eat the apple and Brecklyn was yelling "Snow White don't eat the APPLE!!"

The girls loved the POPCORN.... of course Jeremy thought we each girl needed their own bag; so we ended up with two big bags of popcorn! Here Brecklyn is showing off her bag of popcorn!

Addi loved getting a Cinderella doll!!! She is just fascinated by her!!

I think one of the girls favorite times was watching Cinderella!! She has to be one of the best Princess's ever!

The night was so much fun!! We had great seats! Mason was at home with Grandpa and Grandma M.; it was a great night with two little Princesses!!!!

Addi and Brecklyn

Addi and Brecklyn did really well in their first soccer game!!! Addi had lots of fun running up and down the field and kicking the ball!! She even was pushing some of the other girls so she could kick the ball. Brecklyn did really well also, I put magic dust on her toes... this made her score a couple of goals!!

If you are wondering what Butterflies, Tigers and Cheetos have in common..... Well our team name started out being the butterfly tigers at practice and it ended up being The Cheetos at our game. Maybe our next game we will be something else..... Maybe oranges, tangerines or orange blobs? Any ideas?!?

Anyways we had a great time playing soccer.... we had some great fans on the side lines cheering us on..... My parents thought they were done going soccer games all day on saturday. Well I narrowed it down to one game on saturdays.... they can go to one game and watch 2 girls! I don't know how my parents watched and got 5 kids to soccer games! I think that is all they did on saturdays!!! Thanks mom and dad for all your support in all the soccer years!!

We celebrated Mason's Birthday on Sunday.... He was asleep and we had to wake him up for the celebrations. He didn't want to wake up so Addi got to open up the presents for him (what a great helper!)

Addi's birthday started first thing in the morning!! We woke her up singing Happy Birthday... She loved it and loved her balloons!

So here is our "new" 1986 litte wheeler..... Addi absolutely loves it!! She wants to ride it everyday! If you notice towards the beginning she puts out one hand and then the other; I think she is deciding what way to go. Jeremy will do this when he is riding behind her; he will point one way or the other when asking her which way to go.

Snow Cat Ride

Okay I am a little late in posting this, a couple of weeks ago we went for a snow cat ride up in Morgan. Verl has a snow cat and took us up in the mountains behind the shop where Jeremy works. We had a blast! It was such a beautiful day!

This is the only time Mason was awake. Lynn and Jenette went with us, they were great company and entertainment. Addi loved to spin in circles; I think that Jenette loved that as well! Everytime we would spin, go down a steep hill or go up a steep hill Jenette would tap Verls shoulder. Verl loved to make her nervous!!

Grandma's Funeral

Yesterday was Grandma Bergeson's funeral; It was a very nice day, I know Grandma was watching over it and was very pleased with how everything went. Grandma will be missed, I love Grandma so much and I am so grateful that I have lived so close to my grandparents. As I reflect on my memories of Grandma I have so many memories that come to mind. I guess I would like to share one that happened on Grandpas 92th birthday. I went up to clean and when I went in Grandpa and Grandma were sitting on the edge of the bed, holding hands and just talking. As I came in they had me sit down by them and we did a little reminicing (SP) and then Grandma and I sang Happy Birthday to Grandpa. Grandma and Grandpa sat there for awhile holding hands and Grandma laid her head on Grandpa's shoulder. It is an image that I will never forget... I will never forget the love and concern that I could see between them. I sure love Grandpa and Grandma! I am going to really miss Grandma.

Marley and Me

The other morning I went upstairs to check on Mason and when I got there he was sound asleep on Marley. He must of woken up and crawled down by Marley and fell back asleep! It was so cute! I just had to take a picture and share with everyone. Marley is such a good dog... especially with our kids! Mason loves Marley and is always climbing or laying on her! When we eat dinner Marley is always laying by Mason..... as Mason is always sharing his food with her. It is like "one bit for me and a bite or two for Marley!" Gotta love MARLEY!! Too bad I don't think that I will see the movie "Marley and ME" I think I would have a mental break down as there is too many similarities between my dog and the dog in the movie. I don't know... maybe I will rent it and turn it off before the ending; we will have to see.

Addi wanted to help with dinner last night.... I told her she could get a chair and just watch because it was too hot. So she left the room (I thought she was mad at me) and came back with some "Hot pads" so she wouldn't get burned.

Boo at the Zoo

Yesterday we went to the Zoo.... there was trick or treating and the kids were able to dress up. Addi of course is Cinderella and Mason is a pirate (it was way to hot for him to wear his pirate jacket). The kids had a great time seeing the animals; Addi loved to be a princess and Mason was more excited about the suckers!

After the zoo we went home and ate pizza and carved pumpkins with Jeremy's family. Addi was so funny to watch pull out the guts of the pumpkin!! We had a great time!

Bear Lake

This last weekend we went to Bear Lake with my family. We had a great time spending time with our family. We played at the beach, road on Miles's boat, played a lot with the cousins and had a lot of good food to eat! Thanks to Mom and Dad to makin' it possible to spend time together as a family! Spending time together is what a family reunion is all about!

Marsh Lake

This last weekend we went to Marsh Lake in the Uintahs.... we went with Trent and Karryn and their family and with Jeremy's parents and Garret. We had a great time! On Thursday we headed up in the morning and stopped in Mountain View for a bite to eat. At Marsh Lake we set up camp and relaxed for a while. We then decided to go for a 4-wheeler ride; so we headed off down the road and then decided to take off on a trail. Soon Mason was asleep, Garret didn't want to ride on the 4-wheeler anymore so he hopped in the Ranger and soon Addi wanted in the Ranger too.

After the ride we came back to camp and made dinner, we roasted hotdogs. I don't usually like hotdogs but they always seem to taste better when roasted over a fire. After dinner we headed down to the lake to do a little fishing. It was so pretty and calm and watching the sunset was awesome.

After fishing we roasted marshmallows and hit the sack. The next day we woke up a little chilly and so Jeremy tried to start the furnace and (to make a long story short) there was a propane leak in the regulator and so Jeremy spent more than half the day running down to Mountain View and then Evanston to get parts to fix the trailor. So while Jeremy was taking care of this we stayed around camp and relaxed, the kids rode bikes and we even tried a little fishing while Jeremy and Trent were gone. Jaycee was to only one to catch a fish and all the kids were so excited to touch it. When the trailor was all fixed we went back out and did some more fishing... I even tried it a little (with Addi's help to real in the line) we didn't even get a nibble. I spent most of my time untangling my line and picking the moss off my hook.

We had another unsuccessful fishing trip and headed back to make tinfoil dinners. Jeremy made the fire plenty big and we let it die down a bit before putting our dinners on. Well it was still way hot and our dinners got a little crispy, but we still ate them and they were OK. We also made peach cobler and that was delicous! We sat around the camp fire, roasted marshmallows, did some star gazing and just relaxed the rest of the evening. The next day we rode our 4-wheelers out to a bridge that Jeremy had built for work. The kids enjoyed playing in the water and jumping all over the rocks trying not to fall in. We cruised around for awhile till we needed to head back and check out of our camp site. It was a fun get away and it was so beautiful and peaceful and cooler weather!

The other night Addi and I went with Grandma Pitcher to a wedding reception. At the wedding reception Addi kept disappearing and every time we would find her she would be over by the bride and groom looking at the brides pretty dress. Well this morning she has a bunch of dress up clothes and came down stairs and said "Look mommy I'm getting married!" We then found her some flowers and her outfit is complete and ready for pictures!

Yesterday after I mowed Grandpa Bergeson's lawn we (Me, Addi, Mason and Grandma Pither)went to the swimming pool. We had a great time! Addi didn't want to stay in the kids area, she thought she was big stuff! Mason loved the water and was exhausted and fell asleep on Grandma Pitcher after swimming a while.

Today is one of those days.... Mason just wants me to hold him all day and Addi is trying my patience!! We are in the process of potty training and between drawing on things that shouldn't be drawn on and shredding paper Addi has changed her clothes about 5 times already today. I guess it is called being a mom.

I thought I had better join in on the fun and start blogging.... this is my test blog. Hopefully no one will make fun of me. (Jeremy already has!)
